Francis is a triple-qualified lawyer licensed in Alberta, Ontario, and Nigeria, bringing a strong foundation in litigation, corporate and business law, with a growing focus on IT Law, Data Protection, and Privacy.

With over eight years of international experience in corporate, private, and commercial litigation, Francis has successfully advised clients on complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions. Since relocating to Canada in 2022, he has worked as an Insolvency Administrator at a leading trustee firm, helping clients navigate financial difficulties and develop effective debt repayment solutions.

At Consolidated Legal Services LLP, Francis provides strategic legal consulting, delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' diverse needs. His expertise spans civil litigation, unsecured debt recovery, insurance, civil enforcement, bankruptcy and insolvency, and corporate and commercial law.

Beyond his legal practice, Francis is an active volunteer in his community and church, serving as a Knight of St. Columbus – Council Number 9658.
